About Us
The Loutulim Panchayat Website was first initiated and developed under the able leadership of Sarpanch Mrs. Joana Fernandes and V. P. Secretary Amol Tilve and launched on the 1st of March 2024, played a crucial role in making the project a success.
The website is being subsequently updated on a regular basis with the latest documents and public notices, for easy and widespread dissemination of information to the villagers, thanks to the cooperation and dedication of the V. P. Staff and Sarpanch of Loutulim.
Sarpanch Message
It gives me immense pleasure to be a part of the launch of the Loutolim Village Panchayat website, which was envisioned and created in the past few months by a dedicated team of volunteers. This is a very important step towards transparency, good governance and public participation, some of our most important goals.
I hope that this website will grow in content and utilization and help the residents of our village to access information, communicate and participate in the governance of our precious village.
